What's
wrong with the picture there all blurry or broken?
I suspect its a compress graphics issue. Good question J. M.

America Online Help File: How to set AOL Graphic Preferences?
1. Go to My AOL folder located at the top of your AOL Browser.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Click on Folder WWW
4. Click on Web Graphics
5. REMOVE check from box. Click OK
6. Your Web Preferences have been set not to compress graphics.
